A magazine for rural Pastors
A quality resource to help develop a culture of reading and sustaiuned learning
The Pastor’s Study magazine is unique in East Africa. Printed quarterly since 2022, this magazine is designed specifically with rural pastors in mind, helping them develop a culture of reading and sustained learning.
The Pastor’s Study is a quality magazine both aesthetically and in content. The full-colour cover pages on quality paper presents an attractive 20-page volume with sound biblical exegesis and rich theological and practical learning.
Drawing from the advice of the rural pastors themselves, we have designed a magazine that suits their needs. The articles are short (1 or 2 pages), edited to suit the reader’s abilities, and written without western illustrations or phraseology, without compromising the substance.
Since the beginning we have enjoying the generosity of Dr. Joel Beeke and Dr. Michael Haykin who have graciously provided material for this project. We have also recently signed a permission grant with Ligonier Ministries for material.
The presence of quality Western writers in the magazine is invaluable to the African Church, but we are also sourcing quality African writers, and developing the gift of writing, to make the Pastor’s study a quality, helpful and desirable periodical.

Help us print this valuable resource
Our magazines are printed in-country by reputable printers, and at competitive prices. The print cost for 1000 copies is around £200 or US$280.
We print quarterly, currently 1000 copies in Nairobi and 1000 copies in Uganda. In addition to printing the magazine is distributed digitally to hundreds of pastors in nine African countries in total.
